Chocolate Balls


Ingredients:
1 pkg. (8oz.) cream cheese softened
3 C powdered sugar
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 flaked coconut or ground nuts

1. Beat cream cheese. Gradually add powdered sugar, mix well.
2. Melt chocolate in double boiler until smooth.
3. Add chocolate and vanilla to cream cheese mixture, beat until blended.
4. Refrigerate 1hr.. Shape into 1" ball. Roll in flaked coconut or crushed nuts.
5. Refrigerate. Yields about 5 doz.

  1. Instead of using flaked coconut or crushed nuts, you might also want to try crushed butter finger bars. It's also good, be creative and enjoy!
